EDS at Energy Club: prospects for the energy storage market in Ukraine.
On November 20, the EDS team visited Kyiv to participate in the Energy Club forum, which brought together investors, businesses, regulators and technology manufacturers to discuss the development of the battery energy storage system (BESS) market in Ukraine.
During the event, Oleksiy Tomash, Head of Commercial at EDS Energy, shared the group's experience in creating portfolios of shunting hubs based on real cases, spoke about the dynamics of the BESS market, prospects for the development of e-mobility hubs, payback of SPPs with and without EMS, and shared other practical insights and market trends.
EDS is already creating cost-effective and strategically important energy hubs that provide autonomy, grid support, and attractive investment opportunities.
Investments in energy storage, solar power plants, and e-mobility hubs not only generate stable income but also contribute to Ukraine's energy independence.
By shaping the country's energy future, EDS develops efficient, autonomous and strategically important systems that change the Ukrainian energy sector for the better.
There are many more interesting things to come!
