Smart Grid for the future: innovative solutions in action
⚡️ We are implementing advanced solutions for the creation of Smart Grid systems with the #EDS_Substation and #dniprotech team!
We have reconstructed the power supply system with the effective integration of renewable sources and a smart energy storage system.
This is not just about modernization, but about creating a low-carbon, energy-independent future using modern technologies:
1️⃣ A rooftop solar power plant (SPP) with an inverter capacity of 100 kW allows to receive and use clean energy to meet the primary needs of the consumer.
2️⃣ The 0.4 kV Electricity Storage System (ESS) with a capacity of 200 kWh provides flexibility of energy processes and effective interaction between the solar station, the consumer and the centralized system.
3️⃣ Bidirectional charging stations for electric vehicles will allow not only charging cars but also using them as a source of energy.
4️⃣ The Energy Management System (EMS) allows to effectively monitor and manage energy processes, taking into account the priorities set by the customer.
This project is a step towards sustainable and smart energy that not only saves money but also cares about the environment!
For Dnipro Polytechnic, the constructed facility additionally allows for scientific research to scale up rational structures and operating modes of distributed generation systems for different consumers!
