Q-360: Modular Charging Station of the Future for Electric Vehicles
🔧 A look inside the Q-360 charging station
The Q-360 charging station is a combination of technology, modularity and thoughtful solutions. Here's a quick overview of its technical ‘stuffing’:
✅ The station supports up to 12 modules with a capacity of 30 kW each, which provides up to 360 kW of total power. The modules are activated only when charging, and the cooling system protects them from overheating.
✅ Contactors dynamically distribute energy between cars - one can store the entire power of the station, or proportionally divide it among several vehicles that are charging at the same time.
✅Sensors constantly monitor the temperature of cables, insulation and even possible flooding. If the insulation drops below 500 kΩ or other hazards arise, the station automatically shuts down.
✅The upper level controls the display, web interface, and Wi-Fi communication. The power modules are only activated when charging to avoid wasting power in idle mode.
✅Built-in batteries provide backup operation of the station in case of failure.
✅They work according to CSS standards, but in the future, the design provides for upgrades to other protocols depending on the needs of the consumer, such as GB/T or other standards.
💡The high-voltage part of the charging station operates at voltages up to 1000 volts. It is covered with a transparent protective housing that provides safe visual access to the equipment, but no direct contact is possible.
🔋 Q-360 is not just a charger, but a reliable power system that can adapt to any needs!
