EDS has performed the technical re-equipment of the electrical substation SS Yuzhniy GOK 150/6 kV in the city of Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk oblast).

In the course of the work, the secondary switching diagram in 4 10 kV cells were modernized with the replacement of equipment.

Below is a list of the work carried out by the EDS team for each cell.

ARE DISASSEMBLED: oil circuit breaker VMG-133, 2 current transformers TPOF-10, RZiA (relay protection and automation) equipment.

ARE ASSEMBLED: vacuum circuit breaker VR-2, 2 current transformers TPOLU-10, new control cable, RM200

microprocessing terminals, GAMA meter and telemechanics equipment.

ARE PERFORMED commissioning and high-voltage tests by the specialists of the EDS electrotechnical laboratory using the AID-70 diode testing device for testing the insulation of power cables. The result of the modernization with the new equipment installation to replace the morally and technically obsolete:

increasing the reliability of power supply to consumers:

minimization of failures in the substation operation, overall reduction of accidents and fire hazard due to the transition to the vacuum circuit breakers, reduction of the time for troubleshooting possible network problems.
