Bon voyage! Transformer substations of module series are on the way to the customer

15/01/2021

The team of the EDS-Power industrial hub shipped two 1600/10 / 0.4 kV packaged transformer substations of the Module series to the 5.8 MW solar power station, which is being built by EDS-Engineering EPC-contractor in Sumy region, Trostyanets city.

PTS (packaged transformer substation) of Module series – switchboard equipment, created as a result of the involvement of each of the production departments of EDS-Power, namely: plate shop (LVS), welding, painting and assembly.

Note that the scheme of the 1600/10 / 0.4 kV KTP of Module series was developed by its own engineering and design department EDS-Power, which, in turn, makes it possible to easily maneuver the KTP components if necessary and significantly reduces the production time, because there is no need to attract design contracting organization.

The complete set of PTS for this solution has the following technical characteristics:

MVC cells are mounted on the high voltage side, which are equipped with relay compartments, vacuum switches that provide protection for the power transformer;

The PowerLine switchgear is mounted on the low voltage side and is equipped with fuser blocks for connecting cables from the SPS inverters, metering generating power and transmitting data through telemechanics circuits to the control room.
