Women in the energy sector: EDS experience and the path to leadership

On December 10, HR Director Iryna Tsurkan made a presentation at the Energy Club forum "Energy of Women's Leadership"

"Women in Energy: how EDS turns the challenges of war into opportunities for leadership, personnel development and industry recovery".

In 30 minutes, she showed the country why it is women who are keeping the Ukrainian energy sector afloat and building its future.

Iryna shared her experience of how EDS addresses human resources challenges and why women are becoming a critical resource for the sustainability and development of the sector. She highlighted opportunities for women in the group, examples of career development, internal training programs, excursions, R&D centers, and projects where women's contribution is crucial.

Particular attention was paid to how investments in talent development and support for women pave the way for self-realization, leadership, and a sustainable future for the Ukrainian energy sector.
