6.3/0.4 kV Auxiliary Transformer Substation (KTP)

Diesel Generator – designed to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy and serve as an autonomous backup power source.

6 kV Switchgear at 110/6 kV Substation

Four new 6 kV cells and two 2000 A busbars installed.

  • Rated voltage of auxiliary circuits: 220 V
  • Rated breaking current: 31.5 kA

Six current transformers replaced.

Construction and Installation Works:

  • Construction of foundations for the gas turbine units (3 foundations);
  • Construction of the foundation for the 6.3/0.4 kV auxiliary transformer substation (KTP);
  • Construction of the foundation for the diesel power plant (DPP);
  • Construction and installation of the fuel gas pipeline;
  • Construction of a site area around the gas turbine unit foundations.

Electrical Installation Works:

  • Installation and full connection of the gas turbine generator;
  • Installation and full connection of the 6.3/0.4 kV auxiliary transformer substation (KTP);
  • Installation and full connection of the diesel power plant (DPP);
  • Installation of 6 kV and 0.4 kV cable lines;
  • Reconstruction of 6 kV power cells (replacement of current transformers) at the 6 kV switchgear of the 110/6 kV substation;
  • Installation and connection of new 6 kV power cells at the 6 kV switchgear of the 110/6 kV substation;
  • Replacement of the withdrawable element in the existing section circuit breaker cell at the 6 kV switchgear of the 110/6 kV substation;
  • Installation of the grounding system for the gas turbine unit area;
  • Installation of the grounding system for the KTP and DPP area;
  • Installation of relay protection and automation cable lines;
  • Installation of relay protection and automation equipment;
  • Installation of automation and telemechanics cable lines;
  • Installation of automation and telemechanics equipment.

Commissioning Works:

  • Electrical testing of equipment;
  • Commissioning and startup of the gas turbine generator;
  • Commissioning and startup of the 6.3/0.4 kV auxiliary transformer substation (KTP);
  • Commissioning and startup of the diesel power plant (DPP);
  • Commissioning and activation of the fuel gas pipeline;
  • Commissioning of the relay protection and automation system;
  • Commissioning of the automation and telemechanics system.
