Usually, any company has two important areas: project management and directly technological processes.

We will not reduce the importance of technological processes, since this is a very important aspect for any activity - the presence of good specialists who know their business well in terms of production technologies, but today we will talk about project management.

It is in this issue that companies usually face difficulties and often these issues are dealt with by the owner himself.

It is important to remember that usually almost all departments work on a project in a company, so it is important that all of them understand the basic principles of project management: what is a project, how to achieve goals, how to manage the main processes in a project. Otherwise, the work will not be fruitful.
